I use a non-judgemental, compassionate and supportive approach incorporating cognitive behavioural coaching, and other evidence based techniques to discover your ‘why’ and what may be blocking your motivation to change.

What I Do

I help you to focus on making smaller changes successfully, which will last long term

Through the bespoke 1 to 1 coaching I can help you address an array of issues which are personally affecting how you feel.

Through one of my programmes I offer an alternative to the fad diets or intense fitness routines which you may have struggled with in the past.

I will teach you numerous techniques that can help you feel more in control of your eating, offer you alternative solutions to help you to become more active or implement you with better coping strategies to help manage your stress or get a good nights sleep.

Eat Well

How it Works

How you react to making changes, is mainly determined by how you view them, or what you, usually mistakenly, believe about how challenging they are. Once you re-evaluate your views and beliefs, you can successfully change.

I can help you to re-evaluate any unhelpful thinking you may have, and implement some alternative viewpoints, using a range of techniques which are evidence based.

This approach can be really effective in aiding problem-solving, changing behaviour and making those changes last.

Move More
